They are using Character Interaction v3 (CI3) for this game. AI and base code for take downs are from there. They are also using an animation pack called Kubold Animation pack and replacing base locomotion animations from CI3. Also the menu is a system that is purchasable from Unreal Marketplace so yes, there is a Walmart for devs. Being indie devs and I'm not talking about studios like Moon Studios devs of Ori and the Blind forest, I'm talking about hobbyists who don't have even a 100,000 USD backing them up, it's not easy making assets for the game. You'll literally spend 5 years and get no where with the project. That's why we have to rely on things like there assets. I don't expect you to understand but it is what it is.
