The bell means that there is a raid from those "weird" things that you got the banner. That represents your village and those are called Pilligers so the bell doesnt put the villigers to work it makes them go into their house thinking that there is a raid so they hide inside their house

I know how to get a panda in your cage Paul you put it in a boat on land and ride on land with a boat until you get home you can use the boat on land or water it actually just get it in the boat and you can get in with it and roll yourself to your house after feeding it bamboo
