You're so lucky to have such a big building. The cold stone I work at is barely larger than a shoulder width space of a hallway lined with shelves and one table for the cake decorating. We have to do everything on the front counter

hi! i work at coldstone, and before covid hit, we did not wear gloves when mixing icecream to serve to customers. our hands are washed regularly and we never directly touch the food. gloves make our hands very sweaty and they get very dirty with ice cream so normally its actually more sanitary to not wear gloves when serving customers. since covid hit however, we wear gloves 100% of the time

Hey guys you look like your having fun not sure if you still work there. I just started and well im 26 and most of my co workers are 17-18 of age. Is it normal to do four days of training and then just know the whole menu off the bat? I have GAD and ADD and it makes it hard to memorize everything. I had a hard time the other day even with this stay at home order we still are open. It became busy and i messed up so much my co workers got mad yelling at me that i should know everything. I had to go into the walk in so i did not cry in-front of them. Should i stay?
