The glass cladding of Kingfisher Tower has been done by Glass Wall Systems India Pvt Ltd. Thomas Associates Architects are the chief architects and Meinhardt Facade Consultants are the consultants for the project with Prestige Constructions as the developers.
The building is an extension of UB City, Bangalore built on land that was the ancestral home of Vijay Mallya. The property is jointly developed by United Breweries Holdings Ltd (UBHL) and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. The penthouse, which is more of a standalone villa has an approximate worth of about $20million. It comes with its own private helipad, rooftop pool, gardens and private observation deck with 360° views.

Not really, MG road surroundings(CBD region), lalbagh, Cubbon Park, IISC and BDA layouts have proper green cover but this only makes up less than 25% of Bangalore the remaining 75% is concrete jungle with unplanned layouts and bad infrastructure
