For people who have 19/20 feathers: My mistake was thinking I had already gotten the feather from the frog building sandcastles after giving him the small shovel. However you have to go back to him a few times until he builds a castle with a feather on it. Hope this helps.

Worth mentioning that for 15-18, if you give the kid $400 for his semester before buying all of his feathers, he'll be grateful and charge $40 instead of $100 for each one.

i think you missed the one where you give 6 golden feathers to the fox right by the top of the mountain so he can climb up to the top too. then he gives you a golden feather.
