The tunnel is actually a couple of spline assets by jrfolco on the DLS. The end portal is "Portal Concrete-Dark 1T" and the tunnel's interior is "Tunnel, 1 Track"

It's on the DLS. Search for "Level Crossing Signal" or trainz user "jmann" and you should find it and another one like it with a gate arm.
