This is genuinely one of my favorite channels on KZbin. Jamie you’re super friendly, Sherpa is cute as always, and I get to learn more about the UK as I watch. The castles are so beautiful, in my region of the US most historical landmarks don’t date back even 100 years, so these are insane to me. I often feel like I’m actually exploring with you guys and I love it. Keep up the great work :)

Excerpts from Sherpa's personal journal (If he was Edgar Allen Poe) - 27 April, 2022 - I continue to be disturbed by Jamie's behavior. He frequently sits behind the van's steering wheel and talks to himself. I suspect he's talking about me as he becomes quiet and stares at me when I come forward to hear what he's saying. What is he plotting? 27 April, 2022 - evening addendum - Another disturbing sign. He insists on spelling the word 'tea' as if I do not comprehend what he is saying. Does he not realize he says the same sound as 'tea' when he spells it? Does he think the following e and a cancels out the first letter's sound? I will continue to observe his behavior, but I must be cautious.

My terrier mix does the exact late afternoon/early evening, never blinking, staring expecting me to know exactly what he wants. I do the same listing to my Oliver as Jamie does with Sherpa. And you'd think that I'd know exactly what he wants but it's not the same every day. But never stop trying and go back to your laptop and ignore him because he'll stand on all 4 legs, wag his tail, and start talking (I call it buffing) at me as if he's saying, "Hey, I'm talking to you!"🐈

What a beautiful castle! Kind of nice you went on a Sunday when it was closed if only because you got to have a nice leisurely wander without a crowd of people there. Wonderful. Sherpa’s silent request that speaks volumes. His tail is down, but it wags again each time he looks at Jamie. Love the way Jamie says “Really?” when Sherpa strolls back inside after asking to go outside and letting the house get cold. Have heard Jamie say that “Really?” a few times in the videos, and they’re always perfect and perfectly timed. Do the two of you have ANY idea as to how much pleasure you bring to the world? I just love watching you both, as you show us places that one day we'll get to see.
