Here is a short version of the Stations of the Cross [English Stations of the Cross] as used by the Franciscan Friars on their Missions. Since it is only 7 minutes long, it can be prayed every day. Why pray the Stations of the Cross everyday? Because as St. Bonaventure says, "If you wish to advance from virtue to virtue, and from grace to grace, meditate on the Passion of Jesus. There is no devotion more profitable for the sanctification of your soul than the frequent meditation on the sufferings of Jesus!"
Indeed, meditating on the Stations of the Cross is one of the greatest and most efficacious devotions for us to make progress in our spiritual life. This (7-minute) Way of the Cross is ideal to make part of your daily devotions or at least your Friday devotions.
