Pastor Toure, you stated that the "left goes too far" in this sermon. In making that statement, while explaining how we are supposed to be united; you also included examples of what Jesus did and what Jesus would do. If the argument against the" left" concerns immigration, housing, jobs, healthcare, and a right to decide what women do with their bodies, or who we decide to love, etc.. Just how far did Jesus go to make sure everyone was included? To make sure that everyone received help? To make sure everyone received salvation- equally? What about the fish and five loaves? He made sure everyone was fed. For my clarity, what did YOU mean by your statement " the left takes things too far?"

After listening to the sermon live yesterday I was attacked. My spirit was fighting loneliness and all I could do was cry. I cried than prayed that God delivery me from this feeling. My mind kept processing reasons to why I am by myself and started blaming myself. I tried telling myself that I’m okay and that it is going to be okay. We, as one, coming to you asking for you to draw us closer to you that you will bless us with the spirit of adoption as it written in Romans 8:15 that we are not alone. I ask that you heal our brokenness and wounds of our past and present. Jeremiah 30:17. May we put our trust in you and keep our focus on you. That we don't hard our hearts due to the facade of our circumstances, flesh, and enemies. Give us new hearts that burn for you. Renew the right spirit in us to live for you. I know you don’t read these, but I wish you would. Your influence is strong. You have the moral obligation as a preacher not to give your opinion as an entrepreneur. You can do it all day but when you’re representing God, stop talking about your property stop talking about how you spend your day most of your day figure out what money you’re gonna invest, you’re not a preacher you’re a entrepreneur and that’s the sort of behavior that makes people turn against the church/God.
