You're tutorial was PERFECT for me. I've seen so many by some big youtube artists like Jazza and Sycra, but this method fits me like a glove. It's very math based, and shape based. But not weird shapes, plus it's not so restrained by other measurements. It's a perfect balance of proportion and style play.

Nice video! You should draw a raccoon finding a human, going through their garbage, like reverse roles. The raccoon shining a light on them and the human "deer in headlights" kind of look.

Hello Mary! You should draw your first friendship! What I mean by that is like how you met your first BFF or some really memorable times you spent together. This would let your viewers get to know you a little better, and be just a really great drawing.

Hey Mary I'm a thirteen year old abstract artist as I like to call myself. I draw tons of different abstract drawings and sketches and I am trying out KZbin to show everyone my talents and how to easily draw the things that I draw. I was wondering if you ever felt like this when you started your channel? Anyway I just got a pack of drawing pens and have been using them everyday. You have been such an inspiration to me I love watching your videos and showing them to my dad (who is also an artist) we both love your work. Thanks for being an inspiration to me and many others. P.s love you

Wow this really helped, I followed so many tutorials but they were too complicated and they made be draw weird crotch bowl shapes and drawing the ribcage. Your method is the most effective and easy to follow method I have found so far. Not to mention I can remember what the proportions are (unlike this other video where they are telling me to use invisible lines from the crotch, through the nipples, and that's where the shoulders are?). I love your art, keep up the great work!

Your Amazing! Thank you SO MUCH! I've been obsessed with trying to draw people. I did a lot of observation and sketching during my classes this last semester. I'm so excited to have a foundation now, making it more accessible for me to create my own characters, and be proud of them. I'm starting my beginning drawing class this monday, and we'll more be concentrating on objects, but it still should be good, and I'll learn some great things to further my progress with technique. But in my free time I can practice my people.

Does anyone have any tips on drawing clothes and clothing wrinkles and Mary you are really talented
@WhaleTank9 жыл бұрын
Jose Esparza I second this notion
@Seshomarufan329 жыл бұрын
So clothing sis pretty simple if you can understand how the wrinkles work. Usually just starting out with wrinkles at bends helps you understand the shape to where you can develop it and see "hey let's try adding more wrinkles" and being able to produce different fabrics. But starting with simple bends and also splaying he stitching on the sketch sometimes tends to help me. I think I'll probably do a stream for this actually. Well just try not to go overboard with wrinkles. That's really what makes clothes stand out.
@joseesparza49709 жыл бұрын
Thanks
@Seshomarufan329 жыл бұрын
Yeah if you have any specific questions I'm glad to help. I like to play around with the clothing a wrinkles most of the time but really the amount you place depends on what you think looks nice with how you draw.
@JaySiggz9 жыл бұрын
The best way to learn that is to do studies from life. This is the real way to learn to draw to a professional level. Get a cloth draw it in like 4 different angles and while you do that you must analyse the wrinkles and how different parts of the cloth overlap and twist. After that, go out and draw people in libraries, markets, cafés. Make sure you focus on their clothing. Do this a lot and I promise you will find drawing clothes easy. It worked for me so it can work for you. There is no other better way. Don't try to find an easy set of instructions on the Internet. You will search in vain.
