A handful of parsley.

Почему все кулинары отжимают кабачек в миску с остальными кабачками? Не лучше ли отжимать в отдельную емкость? Я отжатый сок сливаю в баночку и замораживаю. Потом использую в приготовлении горячих блюд или соусов.
