Awesome video! :) I love that this is more of an informal tactical demonstration rather than linier slug-fests. Hello. I am reminded of a member of The Sealed Knot coming to my university wargames club. He got a polite reception. When he left everyone looked at each other puzzled and quizzically said "Dressing up?!" Years later, I did used to like to go watch a Napoleonic reenactment group, who went to a seaside location on Bank Holidays here in UK as an attraction, but this seems to have stopped, as many things have this last few years. It is good to see the group in the video has survived and is back in action. Well done to them.

Nice video. I saw that a couple of troops were wearing cocked hats with LI coats. The Doolittle engravings of Lexington and Concord show all the British troops in cocked hats even though they were from the grenadiers and light infantry. Has anyone else noticed that?

Hi there, we appreciate the comment and thanks for watching! Two of three soldiers wearing battalion caps were actually from the battalion company, and the last from the grenadier company. Their coats reflect this - note the full turn backs and longer length of coats. Historically, all soldiers would have been issued cocked hats, albeit the grenadier and light infantry ones without the white lace trim.
