Good afternoon bro Fern, Buti at maraming ancestral houses dyan na functioning pa as a real house 😊. Yung old school naalala ko eskwelahan namin nung grade 1 ako ganyan kahoy at 2 floors lang. Ang ganda ng Pastor house. Ganda pg meron balkonahe talaga tapos ganyan ka fresh ang paligid. Napanood ko fb video mo kanina sa One Ayala Mall mahal pala ng gamit pra mag vlog. 😮

I have always been interested with old houses. Ang mga videos nyo po sa Jimenez arang bumalik ako sa pagkabata, nung time na marami pang old houses dito sa CdO, at sinasama ako ng parents ko mag visit sa mga kaibigan nila. Sarap nga sanang mag ikot sa bahay2x 😅😅😅 At sana po sa lahat ng viewers ng SKY ay huwag po sana tayong mag skip ng ads para naman mas maraming bayan pa ang mapupuntahan at maiikot ni Sir Fern 😁

If the house had double window Capiz and Louver That means the resident or owner of the house is a well to do or well off , the Louver is use to shut off the sunshine or rays to pass through.the window but allows the breeze to penetrate through the slots pannels the clap board use in wooden houses as wall is called in the Philippines as Tabla Rizal in the US they call it clap boards

I am interested or wants to know if he is related to Samuel Gemino Guzman and Electrical Engineer who used to work in Saudi Arabia. I met him on board the ship from Cebu to Manila in the 1980’s. He told me that he has a brother in Quezon City a policeman and a sister who lives in Cebu City. I have lost contact with him after he left the country to work in Saudi Arabia. I wonder what had happened to him which left a big void in my life. Thank you for your time and I do hope you can help me with my search.
