A excellent video of the hotel. We'll done. However, I stayed in this hotel in March 2024 and was sad to hear the comment made about staff. I personally found all the staff to be friendly, polite and extremely helpful, going above and beyond what was required. An excellent service standard was provided by every member of the staff at the hotel. I have travelled the world extensively and would recommend this hotel as first class.

I always try to mention if our team has found reviews about the many stairs, descents or lack of elevators in the hotel. Sorry I can’t remember for every hotel, but if I haven’t said anything about it here, it means the hotel is suitable for seniorsю

Does the hotel have a sandy beach for the normal swimming? I'm thinking to go there in August but i'm worried about coral reefs in beach. If you can reply to my message i'll be very glad :) King Regards.

03:15 Yes, the beach is sandy, but if you are worried about your feet, I advise you to buy special shoes for entering the water.
