It breaks my heart to see these sweet babies just dumped out with no regard to the torture of their starving to death, the parasites that invade their little bodies, or the dangers that they face. It makes me want to find the people that dump these babies, put those people in a plane, and force them to jump out in nothing but forestry land for miles around without anything to survival gear.

She had left Four little fur balls(one month old) in our flowerbed.They were meant to be ours.that was 2019 then this year a momma had 5 babies in the same flowerbed. I had to be realistic and not keep them all so we got them to a shelter before winter hits here in ontario Canada.

It is so good to see someone who know how to rescue a kitten. Kitten doesn't know that it is safe to sleep. There is no mama there to guard while he sleeps. A soft warm fluffy towel inside a box or bag is best. A safe and soft little cave. Here we have a an organisation called "Project Purr". It is a cooperation between people who love cats and a few local Veterinarians. Wild cats are trapped in cages and taken to Project Purr where the cats are tested for serious communicable diseases. If they are free of FeLV and FIV, they are wormed, cleaned, vaccinated, given dental care and anything else they need and then sterilized. After a recuperation period, they are released back into the environment where they were trapped. where they continue to complete for available prey and territory. Some are adopted. Over the past 20 years, Project Purr has reduced the feral cat population by over 90%, and those that remain are half-tame neuter seniors.

My grandson is named Alex. What a great name for a cat! He was being so good at having his ears cleaned & a bath! He'll make a person really happy. I have five cats that I have rescued! One cat was only six months old & pregnant. Emma (I named her) wanted me with her when she had her babies. So I layed her out a towel in my closet because I felt she needed to feel secure & a quiet place to give birth. She had four kittens, one girl & the rest of them boys. I wrote down the times when each of them were born. The first one didn't make it so I made Tiger (is what I named him because he fought so hard to live) a wooden coffin & buried him. The other three, I gave the girl (Willow) to a good home out in the country. I had good homes for the other two boys, Jessie & Simon but I was talked into keeping them by my husband, lol. A black kitten showed up after Emma we named Cole. I call him my problem child, lol. He's always into things & needs a lot of attention which I don't mind giving. My husband talked me into keeping him also. Then later a little gray kitten showed up who I named Whisper & we kept him too! They are all between 8 & 9 years old & very healthy. I got all of them neutered, spayed & chipped & they get their checkups yearly. None have fleas or ticks & are very happy. I live in the country now also. I don't have to worry about them getting ran over by a car. Two are inside cats & the others outdoor cats. They stay on my balcony & hardly never leave the house. They have brought us so much joy. Animals are incredible creatures & deserve the love & respect they earn for our happiness! I can never wrap my head around anyone who could hurt them! Thanks for saving the animals! We need more people like you! ❤
