What else would you suggest for an 8 hour layover in Tokyo? Thanks

I think if you only have 8 hours, Team Labs is a great option but you wouldn't be able to do much else. Instead of the museum, you could also just go straight to downtown Tokyo and enjoy some amazing food and a few sites! We would recommend starting that at Shibuya Crossing.
