Very well answered! Caller needs to look at details of gender affirming care and what is possible. There is something called phalloplasty! He can look up the Cleveland Clinics pages on this. Why is he so concerned about procedures which others choose to do to feel better about themselves? Should we also obsess about other people getting reconstructive surgeries if they had diseases or cancer? We can legislate in sports with neutral criteria like testosterone levels for women’s sports. He doesn’t get to control what other individuals do or judge them.
