I had three cats when my son was a baby. Everytime he would cry, I would be tripping over them because they would be trying to get to their human brother. When I would finally be able to get there, due to tripping over them, they would look at me like," Geez, Mom, what took you so long?" I would chuckle as I tended to my son. They were immediately bonded to him when I brought him home from the hospital. He would sleep in a bassinet at the foot of my bed, and the three of them would always sleep on the foot of my bed. They have all sensed passed away, but I tell my now 9 year old son stories about them all the time.
The Regular-Keechees are actually extremily tough. Not only did they survive on their own during such a harsh enviroment, before Dora found them, but one of them got punched in the face by the *BOSS* himself, who has shown countless times to possess superfeline-strenght and yet somehow it had very little effect on the Regular-Keechee. Apparently even Dora had his face injured enough after such a strike once, to the point where it was bleeding everywhere and he needed to get stiches.
