We are the official search squad. We are engaged in the search and burial lost Red Army soldiers/
If we can to know their names, we looking for relatives and bury them on their native land with all the honors.
All iron similar to weapons and ammunition we give away to police. Sometimes some samples are deactivated directly in the forest for subsequent transfer to museums.
We do not sell the finds.
If we find German soldiers, we transfer the remains or their location to an organization that is looking for German soldiers in Russia.
This is not our job. It's our Hobby. We are doing this for the sake of interest and heartfelt satisfaction, in order to contribute to history not in words but in deed

В середине 80-х,когда я учился на истфаке ,мы ездили на археологическую практику от института археологии СССР,изучали старославянские курганы в верхнем течении Волги. Курганы находились недалеко от деревни Порихино 7 км и в 50 км от Ржева вверх по течению Волги,метрах в 200 от берега реки.Место в те времена было довольно глухое,изредко посещаемое только немногочисленными местными,хотя до войны там была масса деревень и сел от которых остались лишь коробки фундаментов. Там бои шли чуть-ли не три года, подобные вещи там просто валяются,каски,рубашки гранат,противогазы, рваные ботинки,болванки от снарядов,всякого прочего железного хлама можно было вывозить самосвалами,патроны можно копать как картошку целыми обоймами.Мы пока делали бровку на кургане ,накопали их две тележки от маузера немецкой винтовки, это то-что попалось когда делали бровку,никто их специально не искал.Костей человеческих по-всему лесу,особенно много на песчаном берегу Волги было ,где берег обрушился там в перемешку кости,наши,или немецкие не понятно было,мы их просто собирали ,вырывали яму и закапывали подальше от берега,сколько там народу полегло,не подсчитает ни одна статистика.

@@kolyan_70 угу... а кроме того бойцы на переднем крае часто сами готовили еду и доставляли им в термосах в окопы едва тёплую. это только в кино бойцы в очередь получают из котла горячий суп. а готовить над огнём , как и есть по морозу , лучше в варежке.

Jeder Soldat der geborgen wird und nachvollziehbar ist wird an die Verwandtschaft übergeben, damit sie ihn beerdigen können. So was sieht man nirgendwo..

War is a STUPID thing! It's sad to think that these artifacts and remains were once a living person with family! The soldiers on both sides were brave and were only doing their "duty". Prayers that something like this never happens again!

Все посмотрели свои алюминиевые ложки? Ал-4 в советское время на алюминиевых деталях Москвичей встречалось обозначение.Нашёл в интернете:(К первой группе относятся сплавы алюминия с кремнием - силумины, содержащие кремний от 6 до 13%, магний, марганец и другие элементы. В эту группу входят АЛ2, АЛ4, АЛ9 и др.). Нож столовый(Советский) у меня дома мой ровесник с 60-х годов,ручка полая из мельхиора и та уже развалилась от работы. А тот ещё как новый. У другана дед(ножи точил) с фронта принёс трофей:нож немецкий из Крупповской стали,до сих пор сохранился.

Believe me, I admire the job Yuri, Misha, and the rest of the team do in recovering lost soldiers. I cannot imagine a family member missing, and no proper burial. They are the best team.

Такие винтовки можно восстановить в саляру заринуть на месяц, а потом в ортафосфорную кислоту и можно стрелять, я винтовку японскую 1905 года так востоновил 8 миллиметровый арисаки

Well the belt buckel is Made before the war startet . In the leather of the buckel were the date of Produktion stamped. I know it because i have the buckel of my father He had to join the german army in 1936
