I will be there in a week's time. Isnt it just surreal when you watch videos after videos and then you see it in person!🏔 It is during those times I feel blessed...🙏

Great video! I did not realize the famous Lawson spot was doable in a day trip from Tokyo, always assumed it was further away

Thank you! And it is doable in a day trip from Tokyo but it seems like they’ve blocked the view from the Lawson now:(

@1:27 Regarding driver's school in Tokyo, that is rather odd. In the US, when I was a high school student taking driver's education during the summer, the first day we drove around the student parking lot that had some lines and cones. The second day was on the normal street, but it alternated from day to day. On the first day of driving on the street, one student in our car asked if we could go on the expressway. The driving instructor said that we could. Just when we were thinking he was the coolest driving instructor ever, and he was pretty cool for letting us do that, the let us know that actually the expressway is by far the safest place to drive, due to no intersections or traffic lights, limited access so a dog or person cannot suddenly step out in front of you, everyone traveling at the same relative speed, etc. He explained the local streets, parking lots, etc. were statistically far more dangerous places to drive than the expressway.

That's interesting! Maybe some of the courses leave highway courses out since it's believed to be very simple. But the thought of it still does feel quite intimidating
