Had I I applaud you for your courage, strength and determination to buy a piece of land for your sister, nieces and nephews. They’re deserving of little comfort in life. But make sure that this land is free and clear. Do a research to make sure this land is own by the sellers only and not with partners and not a green land either which means that this land is unbuildable. Read the documents properly before you sign it. Then register this land and get a proper permit from the city before you build the house so that you will not be wasting your time and money building it and then the city will just demolish it. Follow the rules and regulations in building the house because it will make it easier to build it. With that in mind congratulations and good luck in building a house for your sister and her kids. Give yourself a pat in the back for achieving this dream for your sister🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️. P.S. please make sure to measure the land size properly and put a marker in each corner to match the land size description in the documents.

Camarografo dile a hidi que investige con el municipio si no tiene problemas el terreno, porque ahí vivió la suegra de nemat del canal de deora y creo que ese terreno tiene varios socios, inclusive casi enfrente del terreno, nemat le construyó una casa a la suegra , sercas del árbol ese grande que se mira del terreno pasando la calle, por favor investiguen antes de construir y que saque permiso antes porque si no el municipio les tirará la construcción, así le paso a nemat del canal de deora
