Angel, if you add 1 drop of spearmint essential oil to approximately 6 cups of water with 1 tbsp of salt (sea, Himalayan or otherwise) and bring to a rolling boil allow to cool to a comfortable temperature and place a towel over your head to trap the steam... Inhale 5 to 10 deep inhalations while seated take 2 deep breaths, raise your hands over your head (like your riding a rollercoaster) 2 breaths, standing up 2 breaths then standing with hands over head 2 breaths, cover your mouth and nose with a clean, dry cloth force a few deep coughs and then take 2 or 3 slow deep inhalations to soothe the respiratory system... I picked the pile with the cat because I love cats and it was the only logical choice for me(and emotional) every single thing you said resonated with me, and also, roses are my favorite flower, I have met my twin flame and he is running away like he does but I won’t chase him anymore because I don’t need a man to be happy. It almost makes me cry. Hearing you say I give .. gets me emotional… seeing Jesus… he is my light .. how I need him these days. Grief is so heavy but I’m working on this.
