Poor pup. Pyometra is dangerous and life-threatening because the only way to fix it is a spay but by the time they have pyometra, there's infection raging, with a possibility of sepsis, making surgical treatment high risk. Well wishes and a speedy recovery.

I have one of those ear camera's and after months of using it to see in my ears i still cant fathom how misleading it makes the wax look. What you see on the camera looks massive and when you get a bit of wax out its just a tiny spot.
