It's a steel bike. So technically, the chair can be welded on the bike.

In as much as steel bikes really look beautiful, but it's just too heavy for my liking...unless they are made from Reynold's triple butted heat treated chromolly which are very expensive.

Agree. But the roads here suck in many areas so steel is OP smooth. Aluminum is still preference.
