A step by step guide for Setting Up campaigns on tidio for free

Hey there, welcome back to our Tidio tutorial series! Today, we’re diving into Part 5 where we’ll be exploring campaigns settings. So far, we’ve set up our profile and configured all our channels in the previous videos. If you missed those, don’t sweat it! They’re still up on the channel for you to catch up on.
Alright, first things first, head over to your Tidio dashboard. You know the drill by now, right? Just log in and you’re good to go.
Now, once you’re in, look for the gear icon down at the bottom left. That’s where all the magic happens. Click on it to open up your settings.
Perfect, now we’re in the settings. Navigate to the ‘General’ tab. Today, our focus is on campaigns. Think of this like your secret weapon for engaging with your audience in a more targeted way.
Here we are, the Campaigns tab. Just like we discussed with SLA (Service Level Agreement) previously , using Tidio for email services can seriously up your game.
Click on it, and you’ll see a whole array of features waiting for you. But for now, let’s stick to the basics and set up a few prerequisites.
this views make sure your sending address is all squared away. By default, Tidio uses its own domain name, but I highly recommend adding yours for that extra professional touch.
With your own domain, you can have email addresses like [e-mail] or [e-mail]. Cool, right? If you haven’t added your domain yet, don’t worry. We’ll cover that in a separate video series solely on campaigns.
Next up, let’s set up your business address. Just fill in the required fields, hit that save button, and boom! You’re still in control.
