Tristan Rast He has no problems with movement, he just clearly doesn't play First-Person platformers.

some of his difficulties could be solved with a mouse (assuming he's proficient in using one for first person games) but the problem with first person platforming that he mentioned has to do with gauging the location of yer character's feet in relation to the platforms you're interacting with, which is a problem that occurs in literally every first person platformer, even games that manage to have great platforming (eg mirror's edge)

Ignoring the fact thats not got anything to do with it when he's totally unfamiliar with kb/m gaming, what he was referring to was not being able to see his feet so easy, when you are looking in first person.

As an uncle, I find this seriously annoying. This is just raising the bar for the rest of us uncles. Not all of us can go on adventures across the world and create adventure suits or whatever... Damn Fred and his damn inventions... I shall never let my nephews and nieces find about it. They already find me boring...

I don't know what game was made first, but in was probably "A Story About My Uncle" that was made first. Goat Simulator was released on steam 1 April 2014, while "A Story About My Uncle " was released on steam 28 may 2014.

A very fun looking platformer. And developed well enough that you can tell it allows you to go non-stop, until the "boss" stage. All the triggers seemed to line up to when you came down from the last sequence. Love that.
