Also, did you notice the globe landed perfectly on South America when it stopped spinning, where a lot of the cartels operate. Sam said it was just total luck it just happened to stop spinning with it facing the camera perfectly.

The adjustment of the tie is as he sits on the table and it pans down to what’s on it. Yes the Rain chorus is present, it is physically represented instead of sung. He also has the mirror on set as well.

So there was 1 cut. When he's in the wheelchair just before the strings. They had to move his mic (from coat to tie) and waterproof it. He also only has the 1 suit so they only had one shot once the water started to fall. Otherwise, live, 2 takes. Brilliant. I've been checking your page every few days waiting for you to do this one. He had some other bangers on the album I know you'd love. Did you know his album went #1 in UK and is Billboard 200 in USA (I don't know where.. just that he's on there). #2 in Canada, Australia. He put out a post today saying he's going to be less present until February as his medical treatments are going to be getting more intense.. Which is a reminder he did this while in treatment, away from home, without performing, without promotion. Amazing.

Jimmy moved into dealing arms, influencing politics, moving product out of Cuba, then a progression into arms and drugs, constantly pursuing the money. Jimmy’s whole life revolves around getting the approval of his father (which he never gets), which triggers his personal, downward spiral, culminating in the realization that money got him nothing in the end. This truly is a masterpiece.

Ren composed the piano & strings, the guy who took Ren's place at the piano was a classical pianist and was hooked up to Ren's mic lapel to enable him to keep in sync with lyrics. I visited the set which was the secret Garden party where we met Ren's team (Pig man too) Sam said there were 2 cuts during the shoot, 1st one was at the mirror removing the hood and the second was in the wheelchair being positioned in front of the strings quartet which allowed them to clear the smoke bomb cartel members. Great reaction Guys ❤

Is that why i cant connect with Tom Macdonald's music? He seems like a likeable enough guy, but the few songs of his i listened to just made me feel like he was yelling at me, a middle class white guy living from paycheck to paycheck with his bank account constantly in the red just trying to raise his 2 special needs kids and not get so frustrated with life i dont take a walk across the freeway... wtf is he mad at ME for? If you watch closely you can see Ren start messing with his tie when he sits down on the desk before the phone call that is why the camera isn't on his upper body. But if you watch closely you can see his hands in that area opening up the tie. Great reaction as always guys❤!

Greg brings up a great point: Why are companies still selling stuff in plastic if there are more resourceful options? We can’t change that part of the “game” as society. But: We can stop buying it from them. Get a glass jar, fill it up with water, reuse it. It’s not just them. If we stop buying the reality they’re trying to sell us, we can then change the reality we live in. The only thing they control is what they sell us, whether it’s a product or an idea: We choose if we buy it. I’m grateful when people buy Ren’s products: they’re genius. Cinematopgraher here; he adjust his tie/shirt when he is not in the shot, while the camera on the gimbal get a shot where (you can see it) he is covered by the globe. There is a video about the clip and it was tremendous amount of timing and also, that is a hand tailored suit, Ren was have only one shot bc of the water, so that was all or nothing. TRhere is 8-10 place whereyou can cut and there is very little where they did. Genius work and props to director aswell as Ren timing. FYI he is getting the stuff from Cuba and when 35 his father die, the globe stops at Cuba. I don't know is this was a trick or not but damn!

Just an observation on my part but when he spun the globe, if you look at where his hands are, he's messing with his shirt and tie. There is no cut there. The only cut is behind the wheelchair because they didn't have a change of clothes for him and had to make sure everything else was good. Loved the reaction too. You guys are always great!

If you watch closely, just before he spins the globe you can see him start to mess up his shirt & tie. Ren has said that the ending of the video, from when the rain starts to the end, is a visual depiction of the "Rain,rain,rain" verse in Money Game 1 & 2 - he was particularly proud of that. 99% of the video was one-take. They did a cut when the camera went behind the wheelchair - this was to get the string quartet in place.

I don't think there's anything wrong with telling your kid at some point that they have to work for what they want. I just think five is a little young for that lesson. One of the things that occurred to me too was that Jimmy was probably praised by his parents for his first words because that's what you do when babies say their first words and considering he cursed the words later that tells me they talked about him first saying "Mine mine gimme" for years and were proud of it They say your most critical years are from birth to about 5 so if he was praised for selfishness the whole time and never told there was another way, you can see how he turned out like he did. It sounds like the only "love" he ever got was praised for being a selfish brat & being smart. Imagine what Jimmy could have done with his brains if he was raised in a loving, sharing family. ✌️&❤️

I love how you always get so invested in these videos!! Ren has done it again, with yet another masterpiece! I HIGHLY recommend checking out one of his more recent videos, Seven Sins!! The lyrics, the flow- everything is just.. crazy! I'll let you discover that for yourself! I also recommend checking out Su*cide, but bring tissues for that one. He's being really vulnerable in that song, especially at the end! Lost All Faith is another must!! Again, the lyrics and flow are amazing! Enjoy, can't wait for the next reaction!

As odd is it is to say, Ren benefitted enormously due to his illness, when you have infinite time bed ridden or near to it you can spend vast amounts of hours perfecting a craft/instrument or hobby or spend hours perfecting lyrics or In my case getting an encyclopaedic knowledge of war and history, he's got an amazing gift.

If you look closely when he sits down on the "drug" table, he starts messing up his clothes. It's one take from the mirror to the wheel chair - they only had one chance to shoot the water feature so it has its own section. Crazy, right? And during the 45 on the table scene he switches out the magazine with bullets for a fake one with someone behind the camera (during the close up on the weapon). So creative!! The BTS is out on Ren's channel on Premium and will be out for everyone soon :)

It wasn't a cut when he messed up his clothes. The camera focuses on the guy at the desk and you can sort of see Ren moving his tie as the camera pans around. You should have gone back a little further to see it. He doesn't sing the part "Rain, rain, rain, rain... a storm it comes our way" but that is obviously what he's pointing to with the rain in the video. The entire progression of Jimmy's story is foreshadowing the "storm" that's coming for him. Then it physically rains on Ren, which is the arrival of the storm meaning it's too late. The time to prepare for a storm is before it gets there... now that the rain is coming down on Jimmy, it's too late. He ends it because he can't fix it. Ren is trying to tell us "a storm is coming" but there is still time to fix things if we are willing to listen to the warnings he's trying to share in his songs. But if we don't, our fate will be sealed just like Jimmy.

He finished unbuttoning his shirt after he spun the globe taking our focus off him again Also, I think there was a cut after he was positioned in the wheel chair while we focused on the back of his jacket because the smoke cleared completely right after, but i think that was the only one.

Money Game 3's production, camerawork (kudos to Samuel and crew), storytelling, musical agility are all first-rate, but what gets me the most is their exquisite attention to detail and precision of choreography/blocking, where the music and Ren's movements are completely in sync, like when the piano player strikes a definitive note at the exact millisecond Ren sits on the desk. I’m not positive but I think maybe the shirt undoing is when he’s not in frame for the most part. When they pan slightly to his left and onto the man cutting open the kilo then onto the globe spin (which if you look closely the hand not spinning the globe is up at his neckline) by the time they pan back to him for a quick second you can still see him adjusting/altering the shirt & tie. One of his & Sam’s many incredible examples of focus on the smallest details. So much so that unless we’re looking for it you would never know it was there. It all happens within those few seconds & most would just assume it was as a cut. Just an absolute masterpiece all the way around. These two are a literal force to be reckoned with. Separately masters of their crafts, together just the most powerful duo. I’d almost lost faith in most music over the last 5-10 years (obv always some gems in any time period) but Ren has restored that faith and I feel privileged to be here for the experience. KZbin & social media have so many downfalls. So many I’ve lost count. Still, every once in a while a connection is made that without these platforms likely never would have been - like being in the US & having exposure to UK rap/bard/genre bending/league of his own. It reminds me there is ALWAYS a glimmer of light & purpose in every seemingly bottomless pit of uselessness.
