For you guys this was a trip down memory lane ❤ But for me, someone who is able bodied and never had anyone close to me with a disability it was so eye opening. It showcases that even with a wheelchair you can date someone and do most of the regular things that everyone else does such as going to the fair, traveling etc. It normalizes life with a disability. I know this might seem ignorant, and I admit that I am when it comes to these things because I’ve never experienced it, but the awareness this kind of thing creates is vast. I grew up thinking that people in wheel chairs prob just want to be left alone - ignorant I know! But watching you guys thrive in love and life I’ve learned that people just want to be treated like people, disability or not. I’ve become so enlightened. Please give me grace for the stupidity, I just wanted to be honest. Much love ❤

You might have been ignorant but now you're not! Don't call yourself stupid either. OK? You just didn't know but you cared enough to watch this video. I hope you liked & subbed to their channel! We with disAbilities do everything we can to live our best lives which includes making new friends & seeing/doing as much as we can. We are all just people doing people stuff. I don't have this severe of a disAbility (like Cole) but it does take a lot to just get out on my own. My friends & family are awesome about it & my limitations. You just have to ask appropriate questions, or observe. You'll catch on.

I am able bodied also and I’ve been a subscriber since 2020 when I ran across a video of Cole’s accident. I went back and watched all of the videos and have been watching ever since. I think it is so awesome what they are doing to help spread awareness to those of us who do not have disabilities and to show those who do, ways that they can make adjustments to their daily routines. A lot of able bodied people, especially those who have never been in the company of a disabled person, do not know what the appropriate questions are. I can’t recall if Cole & Charisma have done a video regarding this but I’m sure one would be appreciated by the able bodied community. I hope everyone had a blessed Valentine’s Day! ❤❤
