I took the leap, talked it out, confessed all my feelings and disappeared from their life. We haven't talked for 4 months now. She probably miss the good times from our friendship, but It will never be as devastating for her as it is for me. After all, she probably feel bad about it as it's out of her control as much it's out of mine. She doesn't feel the same and that's a bummer. In these moments you have to do what's best for you and leave the illusion behind so you can move forward.
