It's such a good reminder you give us, Reagan, that all other domains of our live will be skewed if we don't have a strong spiritual keystone!

And by and large, the hierarchy of the remaining domains seems to be spot on (of course there will be times when need to place higher priority with some of those areas (dynamic equilibrium, as I heard life coach Ron Jenson mention)

Very helpful video brother. God's certainly allowed you to drop this at a time that I needed it lol. Also, keep up the good work. I, and I'm sure many others appreciate your work and ministry here and so I'd like to encourage you to not be discouraged by the lack of views or reach. This is something I'm sure all content creators think about from time to time. Your content is consistently helping a good few, and there is much glory being brought to God because of that. Thanks, Reagan.

I completely agree with this idea and the visual really makes it easier to comprehend and stick in our minds! I have found that in all these area's of our lives, the bottom line is whether or not we trust God. We really like to think we are in control so the notion of putting our work and finances after these other areas seems irresponsible to many. Because we tend to disorder these areas, usually having vocation/economical at the top, all the other areas tend to scream for attention - we are exhausted all the time, so our relationships suffer, we don't have time for exercise or rest and certainly no time to think! And, we think as long as we cram in church on Sunday, we are good! I think we also struggle constantly with wrong thinking - thinking that our identity is in our work or our various roles in life, so by dealing with the Spiritual, then mental (emotional)/physical areas is key, because if we are not thinking correctly, nothing else will work well. I really like this visual depiction of the domains along with the keystone concept! I already talk about the domains in time management with friends all the time but this visual of the keystone arch is really great! Thank you so much for all your hard work and for sharing your calling with the rest of us! :)

This is exactly what I need right now 😅 I love this framework for a couple reasons. First, I've spent enough time establishing my spiritual habits that I realized I never contemplated what the next domain should be to "build upon" that (using a language Paul used in 1 Cor 3:10-15). I was gonna go straight to vocation, until you made a great point on the physical habits first. I admit I tend to overlook it, but it just makes a lot of sense to move "outward" 😄 Second, I was intrigued to see recreational come before vocational. Regardless of whether that's applicable for all, I feel that that is exactly what I need. As someone who can easily turn to productivity for my worth, prioritizing Sabbath and enjoying God's blessings (Ecclesiastes 5:19) would actually help me to put the gospel at the forefront of my mind when it's so easy to default to "works righteousness". At least, that's particularly relevant to me. Stewarding work and finances should be, as you said, the natural outworking of a heart fully assured and right with God first. 😊 Thanks for such an insightful video Reagan! That drawing does deserve to be in a museum haha.
