I really think you should look into hiring movers for this move. I don't know if you have already thought of this, but they could pack up most of your stuff and make the move so much easier during this busy time for you. Also my 2 cents are that it’s good that you’re putting more effort into your accounting job relative to KZbin right now. Give the accounting 5 years and I promise you’ll be so far ahead you won’t regret the time investment. At that point you’ll have a million ways to step back but still monetize the experience you’re building up. Lots of people do social media but not many can do your job.

When I was buying my house, It was stressful, and I had my meltdowns. In the long run, owning a home is so much better. It is yours, and you can do what you want with it. It's also a great investment, rather than giving your money to someone else.

Awww Abby, the way you feel is 100% normal and expected. Literally we were having this conversation with my sister and her husband and some of there friends a few days ago about how EVERYONE has a meltdown after putting in an offer on any property and even starts hoping that the offer gets rejected! I was sooooooooo bad with my money throughout my younger years and literally just wasted it. But buying property is not a waste of your money. You’re doing the right thing Abby and you’re soooo much farther ahead than others your age. Give yourself some well-deserved credit ❤

aw. I just saw the clip about making decisions. I totally understand your fear. I grew up very similarly to you in terms of having to work from a very young age and not being as comfortable as others. I have this constant fear of not having saved up enough and therefore, I never travel or go on holidays. I know buying a house or a flat is a big step. But you are ready for it. It is a very well-thought-out decision, both of you didn't make the decision on a whim. There was research, planning and budgeting. So, you did everything that you could! And at the end of the day. I think life is about trying things out and trying to make the best of things. You are trying to better your situation, trying to find something that ultimately fits your life better, so the decision is valid. Yeah, I understand the stress factor of money so much! This past semester at uni, I had a mental breakdown because I keep thinking that I am still at the same point that I was, 3 years ago. However, that is not the case. The same is true for you. You are not your high school self anymore! You are working, you are budgeting, and you are planning. I am not sure if all this helps, but I believe in you! And things will work out the way they are supposed to.

I literally freaked out every other day waiting to close. 😂😂 Could not function during the inspection. I took one at the job I’m currently at and it totally solidified all the reasons why I love my new company so much more. I almost left my career field because I was at an awful company with a bad work environment that was not good for my mental health. just wanted to say there is hope that you will find something that works for you, it might even still be in accounting 🤍

you only get so many vacation days, she might already have them allocated for visiting home or something. and you can't just take off whenever you want, your employer has to approve the days you want to take off so maybe she's not able to take those days off
