Facts..... UA did not develop anything 'great' for a decade. They selling out and ruined all collaborations. No updates no progress. The worst CS in the world.... ask simple and non offensive questions and they let the lawyers respond (pointing to the small print like being in anything like a dispute or lawsuit) Asking about simple thing like updates and QUI size/scale request
