Here in West Cork, they are talking about turning chemist shops into places of safety for people living with domestic abuse. They would then be taken to a place of safety. I think it's a great idea. Liked all the dresses.

Loved this shopping trip. The dresses look adorable on you... great choices. A quick easy/cheap way to stretch a pair of leather shoes, is to put on a pair of wet socks, and wear the shoes while the socks dry. That was a trick my mom would do if someone gave us some shoes, and they were a bit snug. Cute runners for Izzy!.. love the pink. Thanks for sharing.. have a wonderful weekend. 💖

the cheaper the shoes the more uncomfortable they are - we used to have a chain of shoe stores here called Payless shoe source and they used to sell shoes that were 20 dollars or less and they were very uncomfortable. Payless went out of business a few years ago

Imo, although I understand your intent to highlight support available, 12:25 deserves a trigger warning! Showing that content alone could trigger difficult emotions in those who may have experienced such adversities. P.S. I'm a qualified CBT practitioner and trainee clinical psychologist, not a hater! x

Thanks for the heads up - I wouldn't have thought of that. At this late stage I could put a trigger warning in a pinned comment? Or in the video description. How would you phrase it so that the warning itself isn't triggering? Alternatively, I could remove the section altogether, which is something you can do post-upload/publish in KZbin, although I'm not able to add bits in or annotations. I must admit, I'm keen to leave that section there at least until those August drop-in dates are up in case it turns out to be a lifeline to someone too afraid to search for these things incase their oppressor is going through their search history... if you know what I mean. @@PlanetImo I guess in future videos, you could add a frame right before the content appears with something along these lines: "The following x seconds/minutes contain potentially distressing references/materials..." or just acknowledge verbally that it may be upsetting for some.
