Believe it or not it might be worth checking to see if Ziggy's sheath needs to be cleaned. I had a horse that had the same condition. His teeth were fine and he didn’t have worms but he would rub his butt and had his tail pretty ratty. I cleaned his sheath and he got back to normal in a hurry. Just sharing my experience. It would be great if it is as simple as that. Nice team!
