For your migraines, have you tried putting a cold patch on your head? a hot one? Hot works for me I usually have a very hot shower and put on hot bottle on my head. I do agree, sleep helps to heal. You also can try to apply massage your temples with some drops of peppermint essential oil or roman chamomile.
