a new upload, it is like an Kailin advent calendar, I love it. Thank you so much, you keep comforting me I am doing the right choice for me instead of letting the bad ED thoughts win. For your migraines, have you tried putting a cold patch on your head? a hot one? Hot works for me I usually have a very hot shower and put on hot bottle on my head. I do agree, sleep helps to heal. You also can try to apply massage your temples with some drops of peppermint essential oil or roman chamomile.
