Surf instructor Casey Flaherty takes us through 24 hours of her beauty and wellness routine. Working as part of an advanced surf team, Casey eats, sleeps and drinks surfing. Casey started competitively surfing when she was 16 years old, and she's now working as a surf instructor, teaching the next generation of surfing greats.

I’m so glad she says the important things too because the sun can damage your skin so moisturizing and everything she said is something some people don’t know about surfer and being in the sun for awhile. I fell in love with the movie blue crush and seen part 2 which I also like it just seems like such a fun thing to do but once that shark attack on Bethany I got scared cause I wanted to be a surfer when I grew up but I have a fear of sharks and drowning so those two kinda go hand in hand and could be a possibility while surfing. I wanna get over my fears again and surf 🏄‍♀️ one day I will. Props to her for helping the kiddies sometimes it can be frustrating but she’s so full of good energy you can see it just in this video how she helps the kids learn.

Kinda sorta using sunscreen is like trying to fill up your car with $2.00 lol! Use it seriously and correctly! Can't surf if you are dead! Plus it'd be hard to surf with missing limbs or chunks of your face and body cut off! Skin cancer is serious and it's the only cancer you can have a hand in preventing!

She does this for a living, thinks she knows what she’s doing. You have a point and she did admit she should use more but surfing can hav sylhet body in water a lot and surfers don’t wear bikinis exposing their body while floating on top of the water. She usually covers most of her body in wetsuits and stuff. You definitely have a point again but still.
