@@Reckyj please do it. We so desperately need you. Just based on your sincerity and beautiful respect. Not only for this national treasure, chris stapleton. But, I think anyone who watched your reaction and listened to your words of admiration. That truly understands the meaning of the United States of America and what it stands for. Knows that you are the type of person that America herself stands for. We are a nation of immigrants. A nation of nations. We are a pie made from the people from every nation in the world. This anthem is the kind of song that reminds people of the purpose of music. Hearing it causes you to go still. Go quiet, forget to breathe. Feel profound pride, feel profound grief for the suffering, feel instant comradarie. You find yourself sympathetic and empathetic at the same time. It makes your eyes water from the developing tears. As well as the fact that you didn't block the whole time. To sum it up in a word "love" Sadly, a lot of people who are born into this honor. Take it for granted. So when I see so-called foreigners having the reaction of true American pride and respect. That even a majority of Americans themselves lack. Then I believe you should absolutely have dual citizenship. From a fellow american. To an honorary one. I respect you, and thank you sincerely.

@Recky their are several different ways to go about it. It does take time. You also would need to be willing to spend time I. The United States. Their is a visa program for influences that may work for you. I know their are several steps to take. Social media influencers with large online following can qualify for an O-1 visa or EB-1 green card which are often referred as “talent visas” or “extraordinary ability green cards”. I'd suggest contacting an immigration lawyer. If you have a U.S. embassy close by. They may be able to direct you.

You bet your bottom dollar we will get her back on her feet again, just look around... we have other patriotic none Americans who even moved by our national anthem, and if you ask anyone from any one nation if they could choose to become a legal American citizen 9 out 10 would say yes in a heart beat, our great nation is the leading nation in all kinds of freedoms, and rights... something as simple as criticism of any other nations government could end up putting in you lock up or even worse, we have the right own land, in most other nations you don't get that right, some yes but not all, and of course our 2ndA, is one that's truly amazing compared to other nations... even if you don't own any, you probably know someone who dose or have an idea of how to use one if the need ever arises, hopefully it never dose, but still 💯 would have one and not need it then to need it and not have it...

Something I especially appreciated about CS' version of our anthem was how comfortable he was with it, so natural as he gave it depth, emotion. Too often it's obvious the person is SO focused on trying to remember the lyrics and being caught up in the theatrics of their performance, the actual song and sentiment get lost.
@coyoboyo
@coyoboyo Жыл бұрын
This. CS did it like every humble good man should. The history of the song of prisoners looking to be saved adds just another layer to the lyrics. Also, it's a bar ballad anyway. It better get you in the feels or you're wasting you're wasting your time.

I'm an American, brother. You ever make it to North Idaho you give me a shout and it's dinner at the finest restaurant we can find. And maybe some American swag for the trip home. You just reminded me why I love me country so much, and why we're in the fight of our lives to restore her to her once and future glory. THANK YOU.

Some people don't understand why we have so much pride in this song. But our ancestors died for this song, not long ago. And we try our best to be a beacon of hope and help others. Bottom line is we care. And I thank you for caring. It matters. And YOU matter. 🙏❤️🇺🇸

I noticed that Chris Stapleton didn't give the announcer time to tell the people to rise for the National Anthem. He just started and the music took over and went to our souls! People swaying, bowing their heads, and crying. I have never seen or felt anything like it! One thing I noticed... I didn't see anyone standing with their hands over their hearts, looking quietly at the flag. (Like we were taught in school.) People were hooting and cheering! It was beautiful! True "patriotism!"

I think it's that he sings with such feeling, it touches people whether they are American or not. Music communicates on a level beyond words. Whether the US anthem means anything special or not to someone, the emotion evokes something specific to everyone.
