If one watches enough of the movies - with the exception of about 3 I've seen - the ending is so predictable - the couples sometimes part and do what they think or go to their dream job but always end up together and the camera fades out at the end with them kissing.

Who has a job has a food stylist? Seriously - touching up a turkey for a photo? It would have been cooked properly and as my dad used to say presentation is half the battle. The only way meat dries out is if its under heat lamps maybe if its a carvery in a restaurant if it lasts long enough. And this accidentally bumping into one another, you keep meeting one another & falling in love is SO OVERDONE in films - not real life. Another film where people get ecstatic over cookies 👎😢.

I think they're just like Christmas carols. Christmas carols have remained the same since we were born..a few of them get remixed sometimes but the theme remains the same. And we play them every year like that and we love it. That is how these Christmas movies are too. Remixes and retelling the same stories because the Christmas story itself remains the same and can't change; Jesus was born already.

Mother and sister are horrible to the female lead character. They constantly insulted her and it was so hard to watch.
