I I think this was definitely a win! and I personally loved the contrast that you were so iffy about. The final result in the end after you tilted more off camera is beautiful... but it was beautiful before that, too... it was like magical, mystical mountains.

Love the colors and your tip about the cardboard backing. Silicone is a total pain to clean so I stopped using it too. I only use it if I want controlled cells. For example dont add it to your paints, do a swipe just like in this video then take a toothpick dip it in some pure silicone oil then place it on the paint. You can make cool flower designs. I also found 9oz of paint for a 12x12 canvas is enough if that helps. Thumbs up my friend. 😁👍❤

I've heard swipes are hard to do. I don't know one thing about them. lol. It came out nice. I like the wonkiness of some of the cells. I'm with you about summertime. I'd rather be cold and bundled up than hot and sweaty. I'm in Louisiana so I know your pain. 😂 Hope you have a nice evening. 💗

The final piece is amazing, but it was a perfect fairytail shadow scene before. I do want to get into fluid art, but hardly have room for my resin casting. Someday I will do all the arts!

I use MDF boards cut to 12x12 at Home Depot. Sand them smooth with fine sandpaper, I do the corners smoothed down a bit for better run off. Just be sure to seal them front, sides and back before acrylic pouring on them. I just seal them with matte spray paint in a variety of colors. MDF boards are much easier to work with and pour on than a canvas. Just a trick I learned from another KZbinr.

We actually make and sell MDF boards and I love them but for my hobby I use more canvases...don't want to use up our inventory ;)

Archangel Art Studio I totally understand. I use cheap canvases for practice so it doesn’t dig into my art supply budget. I save my MDF boards for my actual portrait painting. I’m an artist in more than just pour painting. I do stained glass too which is a very expensive hobby. I also do silver jewelry and what I call junk art. Taking junk and creating art pieces. I just like to explore all kinds of art. I’m loving the abstract art that y’all do. I may have to give that a try too lol! My thirst for art is never ending

Thanks for another great video. I hope you don’t mind, I have a video coming out tomorrow where I have mentioned your great channel and also provided a link to your channel in my description. This is not me trying to get you to plug me, it’s just that I have learnt a lot from your videos and it’s important for me to recognise that.
