Great video, I was also wondering about the different offensive formations as well, but I also like to know the depth of the safeties and do you move them around any just to confuse the offense.

Safeties will change depths and rotations to disguise coverage as much as possible. At the end of the day for me it is more about being at a depth you need to be at to do your job. Make them beat us
