Maximum effort again mate. They all looked very tasty, the banana blossom is the one I think I would like to try the most as I never have. But, deep fried crispy celeriac I don’t think I could resist, can’t help thinking how well that would go with tartare sauce too. Well done buddy 😎✌🏻👍👍

If you freeze tofu first then defrost the texture will be better and the marinade will absorb better too.

It was a great find to , the banana blossom at 1:20 a tin , which gave 4 portions of fish and chips , 30p a portion !!! And it was delicious 🤤
