1 kg all purpose flour
250g of unsalted butter
350ml of whole milk or any type of milk
150g of sugar, add more or less
4 eggs
1tsp of salt
2 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of pineapple extract
2 tbsp baking powder

So I tried the rockies yesterday and it was just amazing. It was moist on the inside and wasn't too sweet, so it's good especially when you are going to take it with any sweet drink or beverage. I really liked.

Indeed you made soooo simple. Tganks a lot for msjing the video, i truly appreciate it. Can you also make it without baking in the oven, it is possible? Also what dod yiu spray the silicon mould with before filling it with the mixture to be baked.

The recipe will be changed when it is meant for frying. What I spray in the silicone mould is oil
