I had a great day. Went to my daughter's house and I didn't have to cook. I did make a coconut pie for my ex-husband. LOL She had a house full with her two daughters and their husbands. My son-in-law and grand son-in-law were very helpful. So I had all three of my kids there and two of my granddaughters. My son's daughter took Thanksgiving with her kids and their dad. But I'm stuffed. Just one important person missing. I lost my husband 7 years ago to cancer and I still miss him, He loved Thanksgiving.

Mary, you have pine trees in your backyard. You need to go grab a bunch of Pineneedles and boil some water. Put the Pineneedles in there after it boils and let that seep for about 10 minutes also add ginger fresh put the water through the strainer for the cup of tea and add honey and lemon no milk and drink that as much as you want to I’m telling you you’ll feel much better. The compound from the Pineneedles is what they make Tamiflu from this is natural. I’m a chemist with a master in microbiology. and this is what I take but I’m getting sick. Also take zinc 50 mg with something to eat and vitamin D3 these two vitamins you need to fight what’s going on? They’re two essential vitamins that your body needs and we’re all deficient in vitamin D3.

My grandmother was an old Indian medicine woman. When I was around 10 years old I had a horrible sinus infection that medicine from the doctor wouldn't touch. She got a big pot and filled it about 3/4 full of fresh pine needles and boiled iton the stove for about 10-15 minutes and got a large bath towel and set me at the kitchen table and told me to put the towel over my head and pot and breath in the vapor. In about 5 minutes my head started draining like crazy and my sinuses were totally cleared for the 1st time in over a week. Your recommendation about zinc and vitamin 3 is what i take regularly now in the cold season and hardly ever get a cold.
