Yes, but, we are considering the lines, not the sentences. A sentence ends with a full stop, a line may not always end with a full stop.

Hello Arushi, Keats has used the phrase, sweet dreams, not in the literal sense but he uses it to symbolically represent mental peace, joy and calm Similarly, he has used the phrase, bower quiet, to compare it to a place that provides solace and inner peace away from the humdrum of life
