Hello Kevin just tried your pan meal for my girl's night. Absolutly fabulous and easy to make. I also tried your blueberry frosen pie. If by mistake (like I did) you leave it in the fridge instead of the freeser it makes the most wonderful mousse ! I have been a big fan of yours for a couple of years but I really discovered you more during covid. My mother left me with what I could almost call PTSD when it comes to cooking and it's been a problem. You are the first person I've ever been able to really learn about cooking from and I am very grateful for this. Kevin, I always look forward to your recipes. I made your Tamale Pie night before last and I must say it was absolutely scrumptious. I did add a few little tid bits to it such as a little fresh sweet corn (off the cob) and a few chopped black olives. Everyone loved it. Suffice it to say I will be making this salmon dish. i am in the San Francisco bay area our weather has been great this week but the rains are coming back tomm. I tried you glaze the honey mustard for our pork chops today I will have to let you know how they come out for pork.
