I disagree with the Mavericks, I feel like you undersold the Suns who I naturally saw them being a great threat against the Lakers since Game 5 was won by a tip in that gave the Lakers a huge momentum to Game 6. Plus they swept the Spurs who always bodied them past playoff series. Nothing weird seeing the Suns in the Western Conference Finals.

Zakashii Z Once the players are healthy they will still have the same trio from the first couple years of the dynasty, what’s stopping them from being a contender again?
@jordandwiggins10264 жыл бұрын
Legacy Because they totally didn’t make two finals without him or anything
@jordandwiggins10264 жыл бұрын
Legacy So the fact they went up 3-1 in the Finals without KD is your argument why they can’t be a contender without him? Especially since KD himself went up 3-1 that very year and lost to the Warriors.
@jordandwiggins10264 жыл бұрын
I’m not saying they will be as good as they used to be but it wouldn’t surprise me for them to be a contender if their core trio and Coach Kerr are still in tact. Now, many of their role players and other pieces are missing so we’ll see how it plays out, but one year of injuries isn’t enough to take them out of contention just like that. If they stay together they’ll still be a threat for a while

Western conference and the AFC are the most interesting conferences in there respective leagues.
@dylanf31084 жыл бұрын
Jacob Bekele NFC isn’t because there really is no consistency. The Saints are the only team that’s consistently been good maybe the Vikings, but the rest of the conference is wildly inconsistent which doesn’t make for interesting narratives or multi season storylines whereas the AFC has always had powerhouses which makes for more compelling games played.
@petersonofleo114 жыл бұрын
2000s AFC was better than 2010s. 2000s AFC had the Patriots, Manning, Steelers, Ravens, LT Chargers, early Titans and some other grear teams. NFC was inconsistent last decade the only consistent teams last decade were the Seahawks and the Packers. Most superbowls teams from the NFC were great one year then were bad the next season like the Giants, Panthers, Falcons and the Eagles.
@dylanf31084 жыл бұрын
Pedro Arciniega 2010s still had Lucks Colts, Reid’s Chiefs, the Patriots (obviously), Bens Steelers, The Ravens, Peytons Broncos (although it didn’t last particularly long), and the Bengals who made the playoffs the entire first half of the decade even if they never saw success they were still consistently good.
