Post cycle therapy is a process that involves specific compounds, nutrition, and drugs (medicines) to help control levels of estrogen, re-regulate hormonal levels and get you back to normal after a cycle of prohormones/steroids.
If you don’t have a good post cycle therapy planned ahead of time, you can face side effects like gyno, high blood pressure and even a loss of almost all the gains you made.
Once an athlete finishes an anabolic steroid cycle, another crucial stage begins, the Post Cycle Therapy. Essentially, a PCT has two purposes:
• first is to ensure athletes keep the muscle gained during the cycle;
• Second is to prevent the post cycle crash that would likely strip away some of your hard-earned muscle. Unfortunately, this is easier said than done, since the levels of hormones and other substances that were circulating in your body while on the cycle (like testosterone, insulin-like growth factor, growth hormone, among others) are now changing.
The most important element in a PCT program is restoring the body’s endogenous testosterone production.
You are increasing testosterone levels through the roof for a few months, after that period you go back to its normal self.
What are these mechanisms?
Number 1. A SERM (or Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator)
Number 2. An Aromatase Inhibitor (or AI)
Number 3. Other PCT supplements as well as on cycle support.

Hi Bhanu, HCG - Best time starting last 4 weeks on cycle upto 6-8 week.(1,2,3,4 on cycle 5,6 or more during pct) dosage will depend on your dose of compound, Arimidex- Used as AI to stop water weight during cycle. u can use this if you see water coming on body/face. Puffy nipples. This is OCT (On cycle Therapy drug) not PCT

Sir I'm thinking of using test e as my first cycle.. 250-300mg per week I've done pretty much research about it how to inject it and I'm probably going to run it at most of 4-5week but I've several questions. 1) Do i need hcg during or after cycle or not needed at all(if needed how much) 2) AI I will use is femara as it is cheap. I'm thinking to take 2.5mg every other day during cycle. Is there any changes i need to do regarding it? 3) Clomid Or Nolvadex, I've searched both and found that nolvedex is better than clomid and I will be taking either nolvadex only or both dosages are:- Week1:- nolvadex 40mg per day OR clomid 50mg and nolvadex 20mg Week 2:- nolvadex 40mg OR clomid 50mg and nolvadex 10mg Week 3:- nolvadex 20mg OR clomid 30mg and nolvadex 10mg Week 4:- nolvadex 10mg OR clomid 30mg and nolvadex 10mg (for first 2days) Please suggest any changes I need to take and please mention if i need to take HCG or not.

Sir! Mne 2 months ki cycle complete krne wala hu. Jisme sustanon 250mg n testaviron 250mg in dono ko m 1 week m lera hu. ( every week m 1 susta n 1 testa inject krra hu) . Sath mei dd100 inject krra hu every week bt only one. 1month - 4susta + 4testa + 4-5 Decadurobolin (dd100). ¤ Sir after 2mnth m pct krunga toh aap bta skte ko cycle n konce med ya pct steroids use kru.. Good soild stuff in yor cycle. Do a full 1 month cycle - Nolva + Clomid . Frontload for 1st week. HCG you may use from last 2 weeks + 2 weeks PCT.HCG work for some and may not work for others. Do Testosterone and seman analysis after cycle and after PCT and add medicines accordingly.

First week 50mg nolva (temoxfin citrate) + 50 mg clomid (clomiphene citrate) After food split at two dosages. Week 2,3,4 25mg nolva 50 mg clomid + add test boosters if you can.
