I've made a few purchases from Todd in the past, and I've always been over the moon with the quality of what he offers. Oddly enough I think some of my favorite things I've ordered from him have been a pair of wooden spoons! Unfortunately I discovered him a little too late to be able to purchase a 'whittle dagger' from him that he used to offer in his collection, which was advertised as being equal part utility and fighting knife.

I’ve tried it a bit the last couple of days, and it’s really difficult to get the ink to flow. I’m going to see if using a metal file and sandpaper help. It’s a little rough at the nib. A quill is so much easier! But maybe there’s a trick to it.

Yes Actually I've ordered a few things in the past from Tod such as a quill dagger, an eating knife a mace and some others but I've never really thought of crossbow accessories^^ Always good quality! Anyway, lovely video keep it up! :)

Wow!!!! Those are truly sweet stuff matt 😎😎 the craftsmanship of all the items are exquisite 👏👏👏👏 The carving on that dagger sheath was dope, so i think your only option is to coat it with clear lacquer on one side and leather backing in the other side. The knife didn't seem to have any design so that one deserves some leather. That cruciform quill is mind blowing, i never knew people were using metals for writing implements back then. I will look forward to your next adventure with your new toys 👍👍👍

DHL can be a real pain in the a.. - I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for a parcel I ordered from a shop about 500 km (300 miles or so) away from my home; the dealer sent the order the very day I placed it, but DHL wasn´t able to delivere it to the day (and the dealer and I are both in Germany, so no costum shenanigans could be put forward as an excuse). Nice video, Tod produces really fine stuff!

I'm looking for a Chainmail coif that is in a similar style to that of the main character of the Knightfall show. one that i can wear draped back or on my head. What type of coif is capable of that? and a side question: does anyone make a coif that is padded, or do i need an arming cap?
