Hello, I share a tour of a lavender farm I recently toured here in Michigan.
The farm grow different types of lavender. They have a gift shop. Enjoy and pay them a visit in Alma, Michigan.

Some information about lavender.
Lavandula (common name lavender) is a genus of 47 known species of perennial flowering plants in the mints family, Lamiaceae. It is a bushy, strong-scented perennial plant from the Mediterranean.
It grows best in sandy, nutrient-poor, alkaline soil that provides excellent drainage.
Uses: The aromatherapists use lavender in inhalation therapy to treat headaches, nervous disorders, and exhaustion. Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain.
