Such a cute space! Maybe for the dressing room, instead of putting another radiator by the window, you could put a little velvet bench or sitting area. I think that’d be cute by the window and to use to sit on and put your shoes on or whatever. Also, if you’re going to rearrange the piping in the master bathroom (which is super nice btw), maybe considering putting the toilet in the corner where the sink is and putting the sink where the ugly cabinet is. That way you’ll have a full vanity when you walk in and the toilet isn’t the first thing you see when you step in. just some thoughts :) love it and excited to see how it turns out!

I've been renovating my first place that is all mine (recently separated) since September and I still get as bubbly as you when I envision my end results. I feel like my style is "dark Freddy". My main walls are a pinkish purple, but everything else is black and white- heavy on the black since my ex hated black anything. Hope your Reno goes smoothly and quickly, Freddy. Honestly this house is so beautiful as it is. I don't know if it's kinda common to see so many Victorian style aspects in a apartment in the city but that's what surprised me the most. Like even the radiators were aesthetic. I'm the same age and really into a similar style so this really made me think but I really don't think I'd have the will do live alone and do all that decorating lol
